Credit Cards are setup on automatic monthly withdrawal
only. Credit Cards are charged between the 25th and the
1st of each month for the upcoming month. Declined Cards
may be subject to processing fees. If Credit Card
information changes, customer is responsible for
contacting CVC Internet with the new account information. By
agreeing to these conditions you authorize CVC
Internet to charge your Credit/Bank Card for the
initial
signup charges and a continuing monthly
fee, also charges for any additional
usage or services during the month. Monthly
charges will continue until a signed Deactivation Form (available at the
office) has been received by CVC Internet. Deactivation notices are to
be received by CVC Internet 30 days in advance of date customer wants
notice to become effective. Anniversary date of service runs from the
first of the month, to the first of the next month. No peroration of
service will be given for other closure date in the month. If notice of
deactivation is not received in writing, account runs the risk of continued
billing/withdrawals and collection service.
Check or Money Order Payments are to be mailed directly to CVC Internet Accounting, P.O. Box 7428 Klamath Falls, 97602-0428. Subject to removal from the System, if payment for the next month's service is not paid by the 1st of the month (reactivation fee is $5.00). Customer is responsible for keeping account current and for contacting CVC Internet if any information pertaining to this account changes. Failure to notify CVC Internet of changes, can cause problems with billing and/or service.
